LASIK Candidacy Quiz Results

Hooray!
Thank you for taking our LASIK candidacy quiz! Based on your answers, it looks like LASIK might be an option for you but we might also suggest looking at a Refractive Lens Exchange based on some of your answers.
Next Step
The next step
The next step is to schedule a free “in-person” consultation appointment so we can perform some tests and eye scans to fully confirm that you are a good candidate for LASIK or if a Refractive Lens Exchange is a better option. During this “in-person” appointment, we’ll check for a naturally occurring condition called “presbyopia” and will let you know if LASIK or a Refractive Lens Exchange is a better option.
